Jiangyin Huadong Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in the national high-tech zone in Jiangyin city, Jiangsu province, which was founded in June, 2000 and is a private share company specializing in the R&D and manufacture of conveying machinery equipment. We are a high-tech enterprise and a key enterprise in the same industry of China.

Our company covers an area of 50,000 square meters with fixed asset worth 250 million RMB and 260 existing employees. There are 38 engineers and technicians including 20 people having senior or medium class technique titles, and 5 external professor senior engineers.

Our company focuses on the product R&D and investment, and with the great support from the government, has founded its research center of high lift conveyor engineering technology, and successively developed an extensive technical exchange and cooperation with many universities and famous organizations such as, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Northeastern University, Beijing Iron & Steel Design & Research Institute, Bejing Hoisting & Conveying Machinery Research Institute, German Contitch Company, Britain SBS Company, German KoCH Company etc.; and has successively obtained 22 national patents in the product R&D. In the project of vertical blast furnace feed main belt conveyor of Baosteel Group undertaken by the company, with belt width 1400mm , elevating angle 90 degrees, and vertically elevating height 110m, the company breaks the monopoly history of foreign imports and filled in the gap in China.

Our company has high strength in technology and advanced process assembly. Besides the traditional processing equipment, the company has the top-ranking roller and idler production line in China. The idler production adopts Panasonic technology, which makes the whole production process completed on the same production line from raw materials to the finished products. It not only ensures the product quality but also improves the productivity, meanwhile, it reduces the laborintensity of workers. The company has complete testing equipment. The idler rollers have not been put into storage until their passing five test procedures according to the national standards. The company has well established a quality assurance system through the ISO9001 quality management system certification.
