The process of Spiral Idler cleaning debris adhering to the conveyor belt relies on its unique structural design and physical mechanism

Spiral design principle: The outer surface of the spiral roller is equipped with left-handed and right-handed spiral steel bars or spiral groove rubber sleeves. This design generates an inward or outward thrust through the rotation of the spiral, which helps to clean the debris attached to the surface while the conveyor belt is running.

Friction and extrusion: When the conveyor belt passes through the spiral roller, friction is generated between the rotation of the roller and the conveyor belt. This friction not only loosens the adhered debris, but also uses the geometric shape of the spiral structure to gradually squeeze the debris to the outside of the roller, causing them to detach from the conveyor belt.
