The hydraulic correction device is mainly composed of a drive wheel, an oil pump, an oil tank, an oil manifold block, an oil cylinder, an oil pipe assembly, and a fixed frame. The hydraulic correction device acts on the upper and lower centering rollers. When the belt deviates, it actively adjusts the angle of the correction puller to correct the belt. It not only saves the vertical roller and protects the edge of the belt from friction damage by the vertical roller, but also quickly corrects the belt and automatically detects running. The deviation can be corrected so that the belt always runs in a reasonable state. It has a good adjustment effect on belt deviation caused by improper installation of the belt conveyor, operation failure, material impact, load change, and uneven elongation between belt sections.​

The power of this device is the hydraulic power generated by the friction and rotation of the belt and the detection wheel, so it does not require a power supply, and it is automatically adjusted and corrected. It has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable performance, and easy installation. The device adopts a fully enclosed structure, so it can work normally in any harsh environment.

Working principle:

The device is composed of a power output device composed of a detection wheel and an oil pump, a logic valve and an oil cylinder to form an actuator, and is then connected to the deviation correction roller frame. When the belt is running in the center, the belt does not contact the left and right detection wheels, and it is normal operation. If the belt is running to the left, the left power output device is started, and the actuator adjusts the position of the deviation-correcting roller based on the judgment of the logic valve, generating reverse thrust to push the belt to the middle side. On the contrary, when the belt deviates to the right, the right power output device is started, and the actuator adjusts the position of the deviation-correcting roller based on the judgment of the logic valve, generating reverse thrust to push the belt to the middle side.​

1. The fully automatic hydraulic deviation adjustment device can automatically detect the deviation of the belt and adjust it so that the belt always runs within the set range.

2. The fully automatic hydraulic offset adjustment device requires no power supply, has a simple structure, and is easy to install and maintain.

6. It is recommended to install two sets of long belts within 20 meters, and the installation interval above 20 meters is 10~15mm/set.

How does Hydraulic Conveyor Belt Tracker automatically detect and adjust the deviation of the belt conveyor?
Working principle of the detection wheel: There are two detection wheels in the device, one on the left and the other on the conveyor belt. When the conveyor belt is running normally in the center, these detection wheels are not under pressure. But when the belt deviates to one side, the detection wheel in the deviated direction will be touched by the belt, thus starting the detection mechanism.

Signal feedback: The contact of the detection wheel triggers the internal sensors, which send signals to the logic valve indicating the direction and degree of deviation of the belt. The logic valve decides which cylinder to activate based on the received signal.

Hydraulic system response: According to the instructions of the logic valve, the hydraulic oil pump delivers oil to the corresponding cylinder, which pushes the angle of the deviation-correcting roller. For example, if the belt deviates to the left, the cylinder on the left will push the roller to adjust to the right.

Reverse thrust adjustment: The adjusted roller gradually returns the conveyor belt to the center position by applying reverse thrust. This adjustment is dynamic and can track the running status of the belt in real time.

Continuous monitoring: This process is continuous, and the device will constantly monitor the status of the belt to ensure that any deviation can be corrected at the first time.

Adaptability and environmental adaptability: The closed design of the device enables it to work normally in harsh environments such as wet, dusty, etc., and is not easily affected by the external environment, ensuring reliability.
