At present, our company mainly produces two types of mining belt conveyors: telescopic and fixed, with diverse varieties that can meet the needs of various coal mining enterprises. This type of conveyor has a long conveying distance of up to 5000m, a large conveying capacity of 10000t/h, a large belt speed of 5m/s, a single machine power of 710KW, a belt width ranging from 650mm to [J2400mm], and a conveying inclination angle of 18 ° to+25 °. Fixed belt conveyors in coal mines are generally used for fixed conveying in main tunnels, main tunnels, or main inclined shafts, with long conveying distance and large transportation capacity as their main characteristics. Steel frames are often used to fix the machine body on the ground (for conveying distances below 500 meters, rope frames can be used to hang the machine body when the transportation capacity is small). Belt conveyors with long conveying distance and large transportation capacity adopt advanced technologies such as multi-point drive, controllable soft start, and multi machine power automatic balance. The driving unit adopts a speed regulating hydraulic coupling with a straight cross type. Cone cylindrical gear reducer or orthogonal axis planetary reducer; automatic tensioning device maintains constant tension of the conveyor belt; Configure microcomputer electronic control to achieve automatic tensioning, multi machine power balance, and operation status detection and calibration of the belt conveyor. The overall performance is stable and reliable, with a high degree of automation.
